Office and Meeting Room Rentals

A Collaborative Space for Non-Profits, Community Partners, and Changemakers

Our space was created for people doing meaningful work in the community.

Non-profits, social impact leaders, community organizations, and independent professionals often need flexible places to meet, plan, teach, and connect. Not everyone needs a permanent office, but everyone deserves a welcoming space that supports thoughtful work and real collaboration.

We now have two connected units, and we’re beginning to see a natural rhythm in how each space serves the community.

One space is ideal for client-facing work — appointments, interviews, coaching sessions, and workshops.
The second space supports collaboration, planning, and co-working for professionals and partners working to create positive change.

Think of it as a calm, practical hub where community work can actually happen.

A Space Designed for Community Work

Many organizations and independent professionals need occasional access to:

  • meeting rooms for partner conversations

  • quiet offices for private client appointments

  • space to host interviews or community conversations

  • workshop rooms for learning and collaboration

  • a shared environment where ideas and partnerships can grow

Our goal is simple: make good space accessible to the people doing good work.

We offer flexible bookings, from occasional use to consistent weekly space.

Unit Two: Collaborative Space for Changemakers

Our second unit is designed for professionals working in community impact, social services, education, and nonprofit leadership.

It’s less about formal appointments and more about connection, collaboration, and getting meaningful work done.

We often describe it as a “teachers lounge” for changemakers — a place where people working toward better communities can gather, think, and support one another.

Flexible Pricing That Supports Community Work

We understand that non-profits and grassroots organizations often work with tight budgets.

Our standard rates are listed above, but we offer sliding scale options once we connect with the booking group and understand their work.

For organizations that want to hold space consistently (weekly or monthly), we are happy to discuss longer-term agreements with adjusted rates.

Our goal is not simply to rent rooms.

Our goal is to support the people doing the work that strengthens communities.
